He doesnt mean that. He means the trend at brown and purple are military hires. 3/4 are retired or ex military pilots. Think about it..... You have guys going in the interview with thousands of hrs on the DC10 which is damn near an MD11 and thousands of hours of overseas flying. Now that doesnt always mean the job is theirs but it certainly increases their chances wouldnt you say?
