No, I think it sounds like one of those FA rumors i have heard in the pass. Financially it will make sense for DAL but again that will hurt us pilot with the lack of higher paying job in the future.

In response to the huge increase in flying, Comair Airlines,the Airline Pilots Association, and Teamsters Union have announce a new pay scale for Comair pilots and flight attendants. In an interview, the CEO of Comair stated "We are very happy with our negotiations with the pilot and flight attendant unions. The average Comair pilot will see a five figure increase in yearly income, with our top captains topping out in the high 250K range. Our flight attendants will also see dramatic increases in their pay. Our new pay program will also include a 100% match on 401K contributions up to the max allowable by the U.S. government."
