Well the lack of CRM is partialy a resolvable thing. Aided by the fact that I have formal CRM training both from school and from the Airline. So I know what to do, everything else is behaviorisim.

I'd PM you, but I haven't hit 25 messages yet. So when I do i'll let you know. And the winters have only gotten weirder.

Good Idea with the VLJs, were insurance/FAA letting 135 and corp fly single pilot in them yet? Hmm technicaly a Citation SP type rating could work too but I thought SP was for 91 only. Either way it will be a while untill 135 PIC time. But good stuff. Thanks.
