As to Delta, I had a Captain the other day here on the 88 that since we were right behind a 757 he wanted to wait until the 757 began its takeoff roll to start the second engine
because they have to give us 2 minutes. Thanks man. Thats only 3 checklists and an engine start I have to get done while in position on the runway.
Or 5 miles and 5 miles normally happens in about 1:30... Atleast right seat of the 88 doesn't have much going on though...
