Face it, it's CAL. We run things thinner than a coked out fashion model. I can pretty much guarantee there will be junior manning before you're back on the property, maybe even some right seat JM captains. Sadly, there'll be a__holes falling all over themselves to do this flying without a care for you and the other furloughees. The good news is that I think we're getting better in this regard. However, don't expect anything different until we're working under another CBA. Remember, contracts are as much to protect pilots from other pilots as they are to protect pilots from the company.
