True! I think it is actually the people still there that have "lost that lovin' feeling" more than us furloughed types. It has been a few months and over time...we are getting over the crap we had to go through working there (that is why some say they would go right back into it, they forget). My inside source on JFK crew lounge activity tells me that the place is a mad house, mobbed with people, and lots of complaining and "F Comair" going on.
The atmospere at the GO has changed dramatically in the last three years with the most drastic being when cuts and furloughs came. Delta's new nonrev policy was just the cherry on top!
There are less smiles, more grumbling. Though I did see a smile on the face of one of the HR lackies today. Wanted to smack it off when I walked by! He was just tooo happy. I know I'm moving up to Delta when something opens up, if something good opens up at Tech Ops.
