Hi well certainly go for it its a great career and you'll love it but it costs a lot of money! If i were you i would try to get all my licenses as quickly and as cheaply as possible.

The problem with aviation in the UK is that its expensive but if you can afford it then go to Oxford they are regarded as the best in the business there! If not look at schools in America as its cheaper over here. However bear in mind that in the uk you need JAA and here we are FAA not the same license so you'll have to do a conversion.
