I am really glad you got to fly little airplanes for free in Canada. I get to fly little planes (not for free) in the US. I can't even graduate to modern airplanes with proper nosewheels as I am forced to fly antiquated tailwheel machines. That said, I have never flown a Q400. In fact, the biggest thing I have flown was an hour each of dual in a C310 and a Piper Seneca. That is why I generally keep my mouth shut around here and "listen" by reading the posts of others...that is kind of one of the values of this site to me. Your post and name calling of the FO were disgusting. You know nothing of flying a Q400 and were not there. Please refrain from calling out people that were significantly more experienced than you are. Nobody wanted to crash on 3407, least of all the pilots. Accident investigation is not about assessing blame - it is about preventing future accidents (oops - making a statement, back to "listening"). Although I usually listen here, your post was disgusting enough to compel me to speak - congrats.
