OK I shouldn't have been so hard on the co-pilot but I do believe her lack of communication regarding the prop pitch led to the crash IMHO. Instead of being defensive to my comments and retort with insults perhaps we could move ahead and discus this prop pitch possibility....

This is not a flame but it is clear you do not understand how these aircraft work. Please research (google) constant speed props. The props being commanded to the position selected is SOP and required for landing. Thus to discuss your prop pitch possibilty is fruitless as there is no way it is the cause.
