Do you know if she had her resume walked in? AWAC doesn't care about women, the company isn't like that at all. In fact, normally the HR person doing the interview is a women. Getting a resume walked in seals the deal as far as interviewing there.
I think they are hurting really bad for pilots right now. I think it will only increase in the coming months.
