They may be the "best" in scheduled shorts operation, but I know many former on-demand pilots from there that will agree ACC is border line retarded when it comes to charter. The best on-demand shorts operator was by far Alliance. Too bad they are in hibernation for now and not available. Update your availability list.

Yes I'm making good money. The overhead is "My salary, my department, my cell phone, my secretary." And since I run the department, I control how much goes on the loads. Also if charter is too much, I always throw them a Overnight Airfreight rate to them. 90% of the time if they don't go charter, they will go with me for Airfreight. I get significantly low rates through BAX and DHL so when they call Shenker, my rate is usually lower, even with a decent markup.
