To attempt to sum all this up.

Some folks under Section 11 think the are getting the short end of the stick.
Comments that money was pulled from section 11 to be put into other sections........may or may not be true .................

I would prefer not to make this a Have or Have not issue.

Lets put it this way..............

If you were the Negotiating Chair as the end game of the deal was approaching................what would you do.

There is so much money in the pie and to some extend the NC can shuffle some of this money around. This TA is for the Benefit of all 4711 Pilots on the Seniority List.

This TA gives better SCOPE language than we had before.

This TA gives all FDX pilots enhancements in Retirement and medical insurance.

This TA gives ALL FDX pilots the same work rules for Line operations under Section 12 , 25., however slight.

This TA gives all of us the Same PAY raises and Signing bonuses, however small. FLex guys got everything the rest of us did.....and maybe in their eyes took some concessions in Section 11, but all 4711 guys aren't in section 11 only about 250 are.

Clearly in many peoples eyes we came up short in some areas. But these Deal "is what it is" and we will ALL vote on it beginning next week.

If you Section 11 folks really think you personally got Screwed........
You have a few limited options. This applies to the rest of us too ,,,outside section 11.
1. VOTE NO
2. Quit your Flex job and become a line Dawg or become an LCA.
3. Accept what ever the majority decide and get on with life. In other words Get busy with living or start dying.

Section 11 was negotiated on your behalf with help by Your training committee chairman.............and negotiated against you by one of your own JH. So who should any anger be vented at
