Again--outsider looking in--but I agree with Redeye. Why haven't their been as many complaints like "why did the company do this to US?" and "why did our own training department cut us down?" instead of "why didn't those 4711 fight harder for the 250 of us?".

Any organized action (or attempt to do same) is a BIG NO-NO under RLA. There have been a few people sent to the principals office already for that. The only action available is an individual decision to go back to the line. However, these childish actions need to be cleared via TonyC prior to implementation...
There have been plenty of the above statements. However, as many people are happy to point out on various posts "I'm not finding any concessions yet"... Well, they're there. It's just that they impact the red-headed, left-handed lepers here at the company, so if no one really gives a chit.
