Upgrade times are roughly 6 months to a year... when you get 1200TT you are game.
Planes are ok, the shorts is a sturdy bird but they show their age, the 330s are renowned beaters.
Base locations vary, look at the route guide on the website, roughly 15 scheduled runs or so mainly in the midwest and southeast. Really no bases are junior bases, it just varies on what is open at the time.
FO pay is roughly $24K a year.
If you dive in just be careful, management is not your friend.
