Most or all of us on the board are aware of the problem, I'm just glad MSNBC is starting to get the news to the public. Hopefully somebody out there will read the article and think:
"10 years ago, Boston to LA was "x" dollars, and today it's $110. Fuel prices have gone up. What are they cutting back on in order to provide me with this low fare? Maintenance, overworked staff?"
