I was recently displaced to fo and there is a provision in the contract that gives displaced captains 90 days of "super seniority", after 90 days any upgrades are strictly seniority based. I am fairly junior here and as of June 2nd my "super seniority" expires and I probably won't be upgrading here for a few more years (if I'm still here). I was wondering if there are any other pilot contracts out there that have the same provision. As far as I know most contracts bring back the originally displaced captains regardless of seniority.
