This is not just bad for pilots losing jobs, but airlines losing revenue. By switching to smaller RJ's than using a 73X or MD8X, you lose valuable cargo space. How am I supposed to sell cargo space for NFO when I can only put a box at 12x12x12 when I've got a skid that's 20x32x26? Doesn't just hurt you, gentlemen, it hurts all. I refuse to fly an RJ and reading this makes me keep not flying them.
