As long as the FAA doesn't take pilot (121 crew) certification, training and testing seriously and continues to allow the likes of Gulfstream Academy, people with multiple failed check rides and 110lb girls to operate passenger airliners, we'll have a never ending supply of 21 year old boys and girls to fill the right seat of any "regional" jet for $20/hr... Never ending.

Add to that the very senior mainline pilots selling out their profession by continuing to weaken scope, and the days of well paid airline pilots are all over.
