As an aside to this thread - I've been using Google Voice for the past few months and it offers a feature that lets you record your outgoing or incoming calls via one touch from a cell phone. The recording is automatically transcribed to text (varying degrees of success there), and the recording can be published to the net in a few clicks.

Does that run afoul of various state laws governing the recording of phone calls? Some states require both parties to know a conversation is being recorded, some only one.
