This part of the contract must be the second "gift" left to me by the authors of the current Comair contract. The first being Comair reserve work rules and method of assigning trips to reserves.
Maybe if I bypassed, I would then become a voluntary furlough????
Maybe a leave of absence could be approved. I'll email a union rep and see what I can turn up there. I'll post any news.
I highly doubt many on here are worried about bypassing
