I think his question is concerning the way UPS makes one skip a pay period with a full line to "pay back" what you owe them. This is confusing. I assume if you bid a 65 hour RDG, but the line one is awarded is only worth 50 hour credit, you will have to fly a 80 hour line the next month. but get paid 65 hours. ?????????????????
