I've read all the replies and I think this FO has more balls than some of you guys on here and I would never want to play her in poker. To look at her Capt and say 'no' to taking off a rubber bracelet and a threat by him to call the CP. She probably dialed the number for him and as she was leaving the plane steamed, do what all good FO's do and start texting. Sending every active pro-union pilot she had in her phone a text that probably started with, "You won't believe what Capt BM the scab just did......"
I hope this event strengthens the pilot base at CAL and you all get the contract you deserve.
That apology by the Capt was weak, very weak.
