I wouldn't be freaking out too much about gas either. Nearly every airline Has been taking Huge fuel hedge losses because they guessed wrong. Unless it goes back to past summer rates. A lot of the fuel inefficiency everyone talks about on 200's is opportunity cost against 7/900's. If you put a 200 in the right market at the right distance it will make money. You could put a DC-8 on the right market and make money when you charge the right price!



Impossible, nobody reads that garbage rag...


Good luck finding anyone willing to pay that much for a seat on a DC-8.
