If your looking for term life without aviation exclusions, you can look at AOPA, Pilot Insurance Center or other places. I used PIC and the policy is through Lincoln Benefit. Expect to pay more than a normal policy.
FWIW, the aviation exclusion in term life policies usually does not apply to airline flying, just to general aviation.
