NWA management (non-executive) currently has no higher priority on CPS than any other NWA employee. On Mainline flights mgt goes on pass type 3 vs. pass type 5 for hourly employees. NWA pays their management employees less than industry standard because they place a value of 3-5k on those higher pass types.
I was referencing the new "side by side" comparison posted on the portal. According to that document,
salaried employees board before houry, making note that DOH and job classification are taken into consideration, but only within the parameter of salaried vs. hourly. Now, I have to admit that this might be a bit of an apples/oranges compairison, as this the the XJ info and not the CPS info (don't have access to it). Mea culpa....
