I had a good experience with them when I was out on short term disability. They guided me through all the paperwork and I got a check from them on time. They even volunteered to make some calls to a connection at the Flight Surgeon's office to get things moving, to which I declined. They seemed like they had good resources at their disposal and were nothing but helpful to me.
