If you don't like the seniority system you can always quit the airlines (if you don't like it leave...there ya go). The system has been in place for a long time (not saying it doesn't sucks), but you knew about it when you got into this.
So people who recognize that the system benefits managment more than pilots and debate whether the system should be fixed should just be quiet? I'm not trying to be picky, but I never understood that logic.
If that were the case this country shouldn't ever pass another law. Hey, you knew what the deal was when you got here/born here.
