That goes back to November 07. This is going to be a huge ordeal. A lot of displacements, domicile changing and retraining. By the time they are done with all the re-aligning and training you know they are going to have to start hiring again. The net plane loss from this Delta deal is only minus 5 planes though, so their staffing numbers were way off to have to go back and fire pilots from November 07 just for the loss of 5 airframes. I don't think the company can plan on cutting staff due to PBS, we all know how that is going.
