Difference is anyone on property @ RAH was hired when the biggest thing we flew was an E175, and a Midwest codeshare wasn't even a blip on the radar. At GoJet, most were hired knowing they were directly crapping on TSA. But thats an argument for another thread.
What I really want to know, is why the E170/E190 program was scrapped at Midwest? You guys had the chance to fly these airplanes. I understand management wanted the YX pilots to do it for a lower rate, but at least you as a pilot group had an opportunity to bargain with management. At RAH, we don't have that opportunity except in our overdue CBA. I write this more as a sincere question than a criticism.
