That means sick time, VAC, guar would all be based on -200 rates. The company wants the luxury of being able to stretch the crews thin system wide and keep costs at a -200 level and only have to dish out -900 money when the -900 is in the air. Think about it... We are fat in ATL, thin in the -200 system- with guys displaced. Letting the company use RSV's system wide would only slow upgrades and keep the possibility of a furlough much more plausable in the circumstance of a cut in hours. Re-read the email and see if it makes sense with this viewpoint. (think like mgmt)
