By no means.. we should'nt have to accept blended rates otherwise management will totally screw the whole pilot group. What's wrong with them agreeing to 900 rates. I like the fact that we are not switching aircrafts back and forth, we would be hosed doing trips in the 900 and company paying you 200 rates. the union would be overloaded with greivencies just over differential pay. look at ASA and Comair as an example. They treat the two aircrafts differently even though the type is the same. Our safety record is not the best, so lets air on the side of safety and get this contract done without bloody blended rates. To the Union.... You got the strike vote, dont you think its time for a cooling off period and act on the 99%?? This management is going to go back and forth for as long as they can until some sort of action is taken by the pilots. "Time has come to activate MSP strike central and send a clear and uncut message which we the pilots all agreed on.
