No, about a year ago Colgan wanted to drop some of the LGA flying because the pro rate was killing Colgan only flying 5 people at a time in there. Airways wanted to keep the spots into LGA so Colgan took those plane from LGA and United picked them up out of IAD.
Colgan is doing 2100 flight for Airways this month, compared to 2250 for United and 5500 for CAL (Saab and Q). US Airways does not seem too involved at all at what Colgan does, they seem to care less about clean planes of MX cancels or anything.
