Yes they've admitted that CAL came to them to have them put a bid out for the flying. They didn't see it feasible. I don't have any other knowledge as to where the Q's would come from. You're forgetting that they dont' have to be new. RAH has a way of finding aircraft when they need them. Two 190s apparently flew in from Australia.
