We have a No Furlough clause. The real questions are:

1) How quickly will management find a way around it?

2) If they do will ALPA take them to court if they violate it?

3) Will a Judge uphold it?

I know 1 of the DHL Feeders(Astar I think) pilots No Furlough Clause was enforced by a Judge recently.
