Sorry for being so Deltoishly ignorant here
but I'm pretty sure that in the past y'all had a no-furough clause which I guess didn't apply in the post 9/11 world, correct? So is that clause all history now? Or am I thinking of a different airline and if so which one is it?

That said, they will do everything they can to mitigate furloughs.

We have a No Furlough clause. The real questions are:
1) How quickly will management find a way around it?
2) If they do will ALPA take them to court if they violate it?
3) Will a Judge uphold it?
I know 1 of the DHL Feeders(Astar I think) pilots No Furlough Clause was enforced by a Judge recently.
