If a fax number wasn't easily available, I just listed the phone number of their DC office. Feel free to use your airline's fax machine to send out letters. If you get busted, just tell your Chief Pilot I said it was okay. If you come up with your own letter, just be very careful not to send the wrong message, with regards to commuting. Commuting is something that, I think we would all agree, should remain extremely flexible. It may be a good idea to run your letter by your union local, before sending it out en masse, to ensure you're not sending a message that would do more harm, than good.
