For the state you reside in, go to that state's employment/labor website and you should find the info there. I live in California and it is called the EDD (Employment Development Department) The ALPA website also has helpful info about furlough. Follow the link for furloughed pilots. Good luck to you. I am #1067 and will be taking a voluntary furlough I think. Where do you stand?
