Well, I was working for Wings Air, Lynx was using their certificate.
Red flags were all over when I discovered the connection with Lynx.
The only way I got paid was telling management I was not going to fly anymore if I did not see some money first, and that worked.
If all pilots at Lynx stick up together, they can get paid.
Lynx can not afford to loose anybody or to stop flying, so before a busi schedule, they should ask for some money in advance.
That's how you should deal with crooks and bad management.

He's related to FCA, another company owned by Lynx.
