Yeah I agree, usually file in the state your based in they told me cuz I reported to NY not Kentucky (where my company HQ is). Remember to press "0" over and over cuz its a pain the butt to get a hold of someone then I would ask them about the WIA program I thinks thats what it is called....Good luck
