Capacity increased by a similar amount - Southwest's load factor hasn't changed at all. It still fills about 72% of its seats.
Moral of the story: Jumpseat on Southwest if you want to get to to work. Although I have to say, based on personal experience, I don't see very many open seats on Southwest either . . .
