Are you high? The entire REGIONAL INDUSTRY is under "federal scrutiny" about not paying their pilots, especially FO's, a livable wage.
This is not a Colgan thing, it is a industry wide problem.
Also, the Colgan FO who died in 3407, Rebecca Shaw, was making more an hour than your airline pays their second year FO's.
Pay sucks everywhere, funny a TSA guy who has FO's making $25 on second year pay is throwing stones.
