I thought they were starting to close all or most of the outbases in the MidAtlantic other than IAD and Newark (Sorry don't know the 3 letters for that.) I also heard that if you weren't going to live within driving distances of the base, getting there was going to be more difficult. Some have suggested that you will have to buy a ticket.
