Actually, 15 years would make them junior Captains.
The average seniority for Comair Captains is around 16 years. (Which is 15 years more than the average Comair CEO, by the way.)
So the 18-22 year guys - those are the senior folks. And those will be the guys looking at reserve if they want to pick their days off or keep CVG.
