Absolutely correct. Things are changing very rapidly here at Colgan, and I would say about 98% of it is for the better (the other 2% is the outstations closing which a lot of people are pretty upset about).
Just don't make things too wonderful there at Colgan. The second you do some 3rd rate lowball outfit will start snatching up all of your flying.
That is the problem with the fee for departure game. As soon as an airline becomes a halfway decent place to work you lose all of your flying to a bottom feeder.
