The site is located on the south side of the airport just east of the center runway (18C/36C). The hangar measures approximately 282 feet wide by 190 feet deep (62,670 sq. ft.) The hangar door measures 43 feet high by 258 feet wide. Utilities and airfield access are readily available. The building also offers 62,860 sq. ft. of offices, shop space, storage space, classrooms and a kitchen.

I'm sure if the airport would drop it's $1,000,000 deposit retainer, Comair would jump on it. That's the only thing that's been holding us back from moving over there. Looks like the KCAB is getting tired of absorbing the up keep fees and utilities. They rape us on rental fees when we need to go over there to run up aircraft or use the hangar. It's pretty swank over there. I took a tour when they had the Big Sky 1900's over there. It has soooo much more room than our hangar and has a bigger parts room. It makes more sense to close the wherehouse and move everything to the heavy mx hangar and current hangar, and get the Mesaba hangar to do daily mx.
