The math is spelled out in the reduction notice as stated before. If 39 people are disapearing from the list where do you think they are going? It sucks ***, but its reality.
On a side note I find the title of this thread the ultimate irony due to the full cycle for better and worse(it could be Mesaba Furloughs/Displacements or Mesaba...?....?....). Overall things have been better here the last couple years and there is still alot to be thankful for when you look around. Hopefully every one can realize its a marathon and not a sprint even the furloughed guys.
