Oh, BTW, I turned down Lakes twice...after the sim-ride, due to the crappy pay. So I've done your dirty work of trying to increase pay, see this is what you have to do. Refuse to work for peanuts and they'll have to pay you more. As long as you agree to work for the lousy pay you'll never get more. But I doubt you and the other whiners have the nerve to do this.
