I have a question about CAL CASS. Why are some of the outstations not able to look at CASS? Are thier plans into getting it available at outstations like PNS and LAS etc... The reason I ask is I live in Houston and CAL is obviously a preferred carrier to and from. I was on MIL LV in PNS this AM and my wife had a medical issue and I needed to get home. I showed up an hour early flight was full but not weight restricted and jumpseat was available and I was unable to get aboard, Capt said no CASS no seat. My company has a gate next to CALs that CASS is available on. Curious as to how this works and if there is anything in the works to get CASS at the outstations? Thanks.
