The contract says specifically:
c. A pilot who completes CBT training shall earn 3 CH for each 8 scheduled hours of that training, or portion thereof. That compensation shall be in addition to BLG/RLG.
They must want you to just click thru and obtain only a partial knowledge of the lessons. A demand for knowledge that can only be gained by 20+ hours of review would be outside the contract.
I've been told it's unreasonable to expect more than what can obtained contractually. I think I read it in an FCIF.
