BUT I do agree with you!!! Hitting another pilot will
end your career, not the way to go! Remember, not all the senior pilots feel this way and many would rather see us still there. They hate the extensions and red arrow days just as much as the junior pilots. This messes up their swaps, drops and trades. They are not immune to getting junior manned. If they need to extend someone and no one junior is available they will get screwed the same.
P.S... never enjoyed the fights... win or lose... still walk away with some bruises.
